Plain-language rules for what SnapNmatch confirms, what it does not, and how your photos and details are handled.
What a photo can and can't tell us
- A photo helps identify which trade might be relevant. It is a suggestion you confirm or correct.
- It is not a diagnosis, a repair estimate, a code-compliance finding, or proof that a business is qualified.
- If the photo is unclear, we ask a short question instead of guessing.
Photos and project details
- Photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived authorized links.
- Your exact address is never included in a request. Professionals see your ZIP area, the description, timing, and budget you choose.
- You review exactly what will be shared before anything is sent.
Verification labels
- Identity verified: BizVoya confirmed a government ID matches the business owner on file. This is not a license or insurance check.
- Credentials on file: BizVoya recorded a license or insurance document. SnapNmatch has not independently verified coverage or standing.
- Ratings appear only from completed projects on SnapNmatch. We never invent reviews, response times, or availability.
Requests are not appointments
- Sending a request starts a conversation. It is not an accepted appointment, a contract, a payment, or a guarantee of work.
- Each professional's delivery status is shown on your project: queued, sent, failed, held, or responded.
Retention and deletion
- You can delete a project at any time; its photos, requests, and conversation are removed with it.
- Account deletion requests revoke optional consents immediately and schedule erasure of active records, uploaded photos, and derived assets.
- Completed-project records may be retained for a limited period under a documented basis, with restricted access.
- Backup copies expire on the platform's own backup cycle.
Age and account rules
- SnapNmatch is for adults 18 and older. The confirmation box records your statement — it is not proof of age.
- You can browse matches without an account. Saving a project, messaging, and sending requests require sign-in.
- A professional account is linked only through an explicit mapping — never because an email address happens to match.
Membership
Free membership is active and includes every workflow above. Pro, Business, and Premium are shown as “Coming Soon” — there is no checkout, no charge, and no promise of unbuilt features.
